1 / Witches Stew

Toss kitchen scraps, rescued FLASH FOODS veggies, beans, grains, or proteins into the Instapot.


Add broth (or water), favorite herbs/spices, and cook on high pressure ~15-30 min.

Optional: Add miso, hot sauce, lemon juice, or a splash of vinegar before serving.

2 / Banana Ice Cream

Blend frozen bananas with any combo of:
• cacao/cocoa • maple/date syrup • Nakee Butter • olive oil

• soaked dates • vanilla


Freeze or enjoy soft

 

Optional: Add protein powder, adaptogens, cinnamon, or nut butter like NAKEE BUTTER!

3 / Cashew Milk (DIY) Mac n Nutritional Yeast

Blend ½–1 cup soaked nuts (cashew, hazelnut, etc.) with water until creamy.

 

Stir into warm pasta with sea salt + nutritional yeast.

 

Optional: Add garlic, lemon, spinach, chili flakes, or sautéed mushrooms.
